One of the brightest representatives of the Samarkand repair Science School, Mirumar Asadov, was the first master, awarded the Gold Star of the hero of Uzbekistan. Thanks to its talent, it revitalized new life by creating monuments that have become the most famous architectural monuments of the Eastern Renaissance, which today amazes tourists. The services of this person were recognized by the highest award of our motherland.

Mirumar Asadov was born in Samarkand in 1927. The opening of the National School of crafts in 1939 marked his future fate. The opening of training courses in Sherdor madrasa, a unique example of Oriental architectural culture, is a notable phenomenon. The participation of one of the Masters in the practice, Sadiq Asadov, who was educated in the traditions of the Classical School of repair of Samarkand, in the repair work of these days also plays a symbolic role.

Mirumar Asadov himself is from a hereditary dynasty of repairmen. It was to the National School of crafts that his grandfather sent a famous master, whom the people called Abdulavaz elder. But the invitation of one of the most spoiled repairmen of his time, the Bukharan master Shirin Murodov, to this school was a real line of fate for Mirumar Asadov.

It is worth saying that in place of proof of this man’s amazing talents and abilities, the Emir of Bukhara personally handed over responsible Affairs to him, after all, the rulers of the East have always parted with a special taste of pleasure and art.

With the beginning of the Second World War, Samarkand was moved from Moscow to the Art Institute. Specialists of this high school participated in the education of future Samarkand repairmen. According to the Personal Memoirs of Mirumar Asadov, he received invaluable knowledge from Moscow specialists from drawing, painting. For the future repairman, this information is undoubtedly useful and important. However, only master Shirin Murodov revealed practical skills and secrets of the profession to future masters.

In the 40s of the last century, Mirumar Asadov and several students of the Samarkand School of repair science, together with master Shirin Murodov, go to Tashkent and participate in the decoration of two important objects of Uzbekistan in the national style. It was the Opera and ballet named after Alisher Navoi and the theater named after Muqimi. The ganch carving and tin decoration in these art palaces are examples of the work of Master – repairmen from Samarkand.

The 60s of the last century fate sends Mirumar Asadov to Dushanbe. The local elders learn about the Samarkand civil repair science and invite him to restore the most revered cultural objects of their nation. Mirumar Asadov was notably involved in the renovation of Sadriddin Ayniy’s mausoleum, Rudakiy’s mausoleum in Panjikent. The most interesting thing is that before Asadov, European Masters, invited mainly from Leningrad, were engaged in the repair of these objects. They were not able to deliver all the subtleties of Essence, colors and Oriental decorative polish, even as upper-class specialists.

The first significant object that the master ter shed of the years of independence was the mausoleum of Bahawuddin Naqshbandi in Bukhara region. Almost destroyed and losing its historical appearance, the mausoleum was renovated in accordance with a special decision of the government. Today, this mausoleum has become not only a spiritual center from which dongy went, but also a delicate architectural example, which embodied the unique essence of Oriental architecture. In this, the Samarkand master also has a contribution.

After his brilliant work on this object, Mirumar Asadov, serving in almost all important ancient monuments, all of which were restored under the control of the government. His talent as a master of Ganch, koshin, stone carving is embodied in objects such as Imam al-Bukhari mausoleum, Registan architectural complex, Bibi khanim mosque, Ghouri Amir mausoleum, King Zinda memorial complex, Hazrati Hizr mosque.
