Abdugani Abdullayev was born in 1953 in the Uzbek District of the Fergana region in the family of master-craftsmen.

In particular, Imam Bukhari in Samarkand region, Bahuddin Naqshband in Bukhara region in the restoration of monuments of their mausoleums, the memorial alley complex in Tashkent City, the Museum of the victims of repression, performed unique wood carving in the construction of the Burhoniddin Marghinani complex in Fergana region and showed his high skill.

Abdugani Abdullayev consistently continued the teacher-disciple tradition in order to bring to the next generations the ancient and unique types of wood carving that have been preserved for many centuries, teaching the secrets of national crafts to more than 600 young people.

Also, the restoration of unique types of patterns, which were disappearing during their career, also showed an example of dedication in the work of introducing new styles into practice.

Abdugani Abdullayev’s services to the development of the national craft arts were deservedly awarded by the state. He was decorated with the titles of people’s master of the Republic of Uzbekistan, hero of Uzbekistan.
