What benefits will artisans who belong to the Union” craftsman of the Republic of Uzbekistan " receive?

Craftsmen strictly defined tax and insurance
will receive benefits in terms of contributions.

– exempted from a strictly defined tax on the production and sale of products (goods, work, services)of handicraft activities;
– recipients of age pensions and benefits are exempt from the payment of insurance contributions to the extra-budgetary Pension Fund under the Ministry of Finance;
– craftsmen who are registered and carry out their activities in rural areas pay 50% of the fixed insurance contribution to the extra-budgetary pension fund during the first 2 years of their activity (the rate is at least 1 times the EKIH(minimum wage)).
In addition, artisans were empowered to provide craft training in the specialized workshops of vocational colleges. They are contracted as individual entrepreneurs and are not charged taxes for the service provided.

– The period of work as a student of the” master-apprentice ” school is added to the length of service if an insurance contribution of at least 2.5 times the amount of the Ekih is paid before reaching the age of 25.
– It is-important! Craftsmen who do not have permanent trading places and trade in temporary places use cash registers and trading terminals, as well as the inclusion of cash receipts in a voluntary order.

Preferential currency regime

– Artisans were allowed to freely dispose of foreign currency that fell from the export of their products, including the withdrawal of foreign currency from bank accounts in cash form.

– An exhibition held in foreign countries, a competition, crafts sold during the fair can be carried out without the formation of export contracts, and the resulting income is not considered export revenue.

Preferential loans

– ”Microkreditbank “ATB,” people’s bank “ATB and” Agrobank ” ATB artisans are given preferential microkreds in national currency for a period of 2 years, up to 300 times the EKIH(minimum wage), including a grace period of 6 months. When purchasing equipment and spare parts for their own production needs, the rate on preferential microcredit is 50% of the central bank refinancing rate, and for replenishing working capital, 100% of this rate.

– Note that preferential microcredit is provided by transferring funds from a craftsman’s loan account to a deposit account at the request of the relevant organization or individual for the purposes provided for in this decree, in accordance with the policy of the bank toarif serving this organization or individual, with the possibility of obtaining cash.

Privatization and leasing of state property in a simplified manner

– In the event that the Craftsman expresses his desire to obtain a public property object sold under the privatization program (at a purchase value of“zero”), this object is sold (issued) directly under contract to the craftsman at an assessed value (with initial investment obligations) without being placed in open sales (competition). In the event that several craftsmen express a desire to obtain an object (at the“zero” purchase value), this object is put into open trade (selection) in the prescribed manner, and only these craftsmen participate in it. In this case, these objects should be used in the field of production of handicrafts for at least 5 years.

– The rental fee for state property objects to artisans is established in the amount of 50% of the specified minimum fee.
