A group of craftswomen from Karakalpakstan were awarded high honors on March 8 in celebration of International Women’s Day.
In particular, Albina Kurmangaziyeva, a young craftswoman from the Kungrad district, was awarded the “Үмит ушқыны” breast badge, and Mivash Turenazarova, a dedicated craftswoman, was awarded the “Ibratli Ayal” breast badge.
