A meeting was held via the Zoom platform with Saad Al Kaddumi, President of the World Crafts Council (WCC).
The meeting took place at the Republican “Hunarmand” Association, with Saad Al Kaddumi, President of the World Crafts Council (WCC), and Rasuljon Mirzaakhmedov, Chairman of the Association, participating.
During the meeting, it was decided that the regional administrations of Fergana, Bukhara, Samarkand, Kashkadarya, Navoi regions, and Tashkent city, in collaboration with the “Hunarmand” Association and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, would take steps to recommend the cities of Rishton, Samarkand, Tashkent, Shahrisabz, Nurata, and Shahrixon for the status of World Craft Cities by the end of 2025, based on the regions’ developed crafts.
