At the “Barkamol Avlod” children’s school conference hall in Namangan city, a promotional event was held with the participation of D. Abdyraximova, the deputy khokim of the city; A. Bektemirov, a specialist of the Namangan regional department of the “Hunarmand” Association; M. Mo‘minova, staff of the Operations Department at “Xalq Bank”; R. Abdullayev, Head of the Department for Poverty Reduction and Employment; and other partner organizations. The event aimed to promote employment, entrepreneurship, and the development of handicrafts among women, per the implementation of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On measures to further accelerate the work on systemic support for families and women”.
The event focused on supporting women’s employment, vocational training, entrepreneurship education, directing women to higher education, and developing entrepreneurial skills for women in need.
